Based on the results of the Requirements Analysis, our technical team develops a detailed customer specific system design for each of its project implementations. The system design documents the application specific configuration which will be applied to each of the system modules to ensure that the solution functionality meets a customer’s unique operational needs.

Quality Assurance Testing
Each customer’s system configuration is subjected to a standardized quality assurance process and testing regiment to ensure that it meets the customer’s requirements. All product releases are run through a Quality Assurance process using the customer’s specific configured solution to ensure the release does not adversely affect the customer’s operations. These releases may contain corrective, preventive, perfective and adaptive modifications as per ISO/IEC 14764 standards:
On Site Deployment
A Saab Technologies team attends each deployment on site to install the solution database and application, address any technical issues and ensure that the application is functioning according to specification.
On Site Training
We provide project specific end-user and system administrator training services including instructional material. These services are delivered on-site and/or via remote video conference depending on the project needs. As a part of the project plan, a formal training plan and a training schedule will be submitted to the customer.
Product Support and Maintenance
Saab Technologies helps customers get lasting value from their KleinPort and KleinPilot software by providing a renewable long-term maintenance and support services agreement. Our products are supported by qualified in-house maintenance and support specialists, backed up by our highly skilled Product Development group. KleinPort and KleinPilot releases containing product enhancements and fixes are issued once per year. Support Services include:
- Primary Support by way of a secured TCP/IP link into the customer’s servers
– Telephone Support for access to qualified personnel capable of analyzing issues
– On-Site Support when software defects cannot be resolved by remote support
– Customer accessible issue tracker software for 24/7 reporting of issues
– Maintenance releases and software fixes (perfective, preventive, adaptive and corrective maintenance)
– 24/7 Emergency Response for critical issues
