By moving to Klein’s commercial, off-the-shelf solution, POLA will be able to realize efficient and automated billing, have a single central database for billing and operational data and greater flexibility to respond to POLA’s changing business needs. Klein’s system will integrate the L.A. Maritime Exchange, LA’s Pilot system, three of POLA’s divisions along with their ERP system. By integrating these various operational areas Klein will assist POLA in efficiently automating, invoicing, tracking and reporting on 36,000 transactions, 4,000 vessel calls and nearly half a billion dollars in revenues per year.

POLA joins a growing number of global clients who have selected Klein’s solutions for their operations and becomes the 18th North American client which includes notable clients like the U.S. Coast Guard and Port Everglades, the largest cruise port in the U.S.
