Vancouver, British Columbia, November 10, 2009 – Klein Systems Group Ltd. (Klein), a wholly owned subsidiary of HITT nv in The Netherlands, announced today that Dominica Air & Sea Ports Authority (DASPA) has contracted with Klein to provide a comprehensive port management system.

DASPA’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Benoit Bardouille chose KleinPort because it would provide the port with the mechanism to move from a manual process to a fully automated, world-class system allowing Dominica to take advantage of best business practices already employed to optimize larger ports. In addition, KleinPort is capable of fully integrating with the Commonwealth of Dominica’s Automated System for Customs Data, ASYCUDAWORLD 1.1.
The chosen system includes:
vessel scheduling,
graphical berth planning,
tartiff & services billing management,
cargo operations,
reporting and statistics,
hand held mobile device connectivity,
interfacing with ASYCUDAWORLD 1.1., and
interfacing with DASPA’s OMNI financal systems.
